From there, we took ownership of the cost planning and programme leadership. Acting as both Managing QS and Project Manager, HOP provided:
Commercial control — agreeing budgets, preparing BOQs, and monitoring costs.
Tender & Recommendation — we issued the tender pack and recommended the best value contractor
Programme management — sequencing works to maintain a smooth delivery path.
Contract administration — overseeing compliance and keeping all parties aligned.
Design management — coordinating client-driven changes and integrating designer revisions.
The works are ongoing; completion due April 2026, we are on track to delivery a highly bespoke residential property where the client’s vision will be realised.

Our Role: Howard Oliver Partnership acted as Quantity Surveyor throughout the concept and schematic design stage, providing detailed cost planning, budget reviews, and feasibility analysis.
