Howard Oliver Partnership (HOP) are a Dubai based Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Planning consultancy; we were set up to help clients build their dreams.

We manage everything from the inception of a project; building a design team around a client's vision to having them operate. This could be a small office space, restaurant, a dream home, or a huge production facility.

QUANTITY SURVEYING

We manage all the commercial aspects of the project and ensure completion within budget

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We provide PM services to ensure all aspects of the project all pulled together time, cost, quality and manage all the project risks

PLANNING

We provide planning services to monitor the programme; to ensure timely completion and work to resequence where delays happen.

We aim to add value and go above and beyond for our clients to give them the level of service expected. Our team members work collaboratively together to deliver every project on time, on budget and at the level of quality required whilst managing the project risks.

TRANSPARENCY

At HOP, we believe that everyone should understand exactly what they are paying for. We aim to submit and present all documents to our Clients in a way that they understand everything included. This works the same for our fees too.

INTEGRITY

At HOP, our core belief is that there is too many 'commissions' and 'favours' happening in the market, that is why integrity is so important to us; we put our clients first and will not accept anything less.

ADDED VALUE

HOP was setup because we wanted to introduce better value to the market, we did not see existing companies going above and beyond for clients, we wanted to change this and set a higher standard so that you would not consider going elsewhere.
